1) Review of Committed Drawing Schedule – MEP Designers : Check the drawing schedule committed by MEP designers and remind them to give the drawings on time
Plan and schedule cube tests to be conducted today as per the casting activity.
2) Review of Committed Drawing Schedule – Structural Designers : Check the drawing schedule committed by Str designers and remind them to give the drawings on time
3) Review of Committed Drawing Schedule – Interior Designers : Follow up with external laboratories for pending test reports and ensure timely receipt.
4) Review Assigned Project Activities and Update Planned Dates : All assigned project tasks shall be reviewed against the current project schedule. Planned dates must be updated as required to reflect actual progress and site requirements. Ensure all activities are completed within the timeline.
5) Commercial Documents : To avoid missing entries, all project-related documents must be submitted only through the Google Form.
The following four documents must be uploaded: Signed GRN /E-Way Bill/Tax Invoice /Sigend Delivery Challan (DC)
Expense Reimbursement and Tracking: For reimbursement, fill out the expense form and ensure it is submitted on the same day; otherwise, the expense will be disallowed.
You can review your uploaded expenses in the tracking sheet. Avoid any double entry or omission while recording expenses.
