Empanelment Status. Target
Short Leads Pending. leads that are captured in short leads and not yet converted into main leads sheet to be entered. Target. Same day
Site vist Report Pending. Target: Site visit report must reach you within 3 days of site visit. (Correct the table data below)
Reco:. Ensure no mismatches between Leads, sales and projects, Sales is the pivot between leads and projects, Data must match and Difference in green columns must be zero. if not zero. check the data again.
Reco: Leads Overview. Get more leads and move them to the leads sheet, get site visits done and quote.
Quotes Pending. Target: Submit quote within 7 days of getting the lead (and doing site visit and costing). Convert more than 50% leads to quotes .
Billing Pending. Target: Create Invoice as soon as the status of invoice changes to "To make"
Billing Done. Target: Meet the billing of Rs 40 lacs per month. Engineer responsible is assigned for project by value.
KPI Empanelment. Target: List in the organization to get a ready source of leads from them. Ensure that the target month of empanelment is met. Focus on the city mumbai to start with to set the target.
Contacts. Target: All New contacts in the contacts tab in the sales sheet to be added to the outbound contact list. When sales team gets any contact, they enter into the contacts sheet in sales tab. These contacts have to be passed to the telecalling team post validation of duplciates.
Mark the contacts in the sales sheet as existing (if they are existing so that you dont create duplicate records) or added (once you add them to the contacts tab of the outbound sheet). Make sure that both the numbers are same. This will enable the telecalling team to reach out to new contacts
Tasks. Target: Keep turnaround time as minimum as possible Mark stuck and escalate if no progress. Focus on completion rapidly. Do not let number of pending tasks to be more than 10 in any case. finish and expedite the tasks.
Monthly Closing. Target: Complete the monthly closing on the 1st of every month for you.
Training. Target: All processes to be known. Upgrade knowledge with links to best practises / external videos and training.

Site Idling Summary. Target: Zero idling of site resources.
Pivot table for idling by month and week for resources types with idling cost.
Site Expenses Summary. Target: Close control of daily expenses. Approve daily, without any delay. Flag expenses that are not as per policy or seem excess. Maximum bills are of travel. Make sure that travel is mostly by ola auto or ola mini. Avoid SUV or Sedan except when needed.
