Monthly KPI is a summation of Daily Performance. 1. Number of calls done. 2. Number of appointments got, 3. number of meetings taken and 4. number of leads got
are tracked in the system and monthly KPIs are checked.
Upcoming appointment list. All appointments taken are tracked here. Make sure that the appointment is in google calender also. So that you never miss any appointment. Keep sufficient time to go to next appointment and dont be late.
Contacts. All contacts for all BDMs are in this sheet. Contacts are classified by type, zone, territory and closeness. 5 means highest and 1 means lowest. You must have altleast 250 active contacts out of which 50 must be close ones for effective results. Fastest way to get more contacts is by references

Calling. Calling is done to take appointments. You can always send a whatsapp to a known person to take appointment also. Never call random people as your number can get blcoked. Use your personal number to call clients and office number to chat on the groups. Only make an entry if the call is through and you are able to speak to the person properly. If a person does not pickup or the call does not get connected or the persron is not able to hear you, dont make an entry in this form.
Appointments: maintain the list of all appointments that you have taken here. Also maintain a google calender widget on your phone to keep appointment tracking live.
Meetings: Meetings are the key to building relationships and getting business.
Leads: Getting leads is the primary role of the BDM. Leads are then taken up for processing by the office team, to engage technical team, show demos etc.
