1) Misc Task : Get a printout of tasks to be done (Misc tasks) list from project manager. Mark the planned date on it.
2) Daily Task : From the Project Manager, obtain a copy of the handwritten daily planning sheet, share it with the engineering team, and reconfirm the work assigned to you.
3) Labour Deployment and Productivity Control : Ensure that labour is not idle at site. labour is working as per daily plan
4) Daily Target Monitoring and Reporting : Ensure that the target for the day is met as per daily plan and update is given to project manager.
5) Daily Work Planning and Task Clarity : Be clear about your assigned tasks for the day. Refer to the daily planning sheet/tab to understand the overall execution plan.
6) Building File Documentation Control : Ensure that the building file is properly maintained and contains all required details.
7) Commercial Documents : To avoid missing entries, all project-related documents must be submitted only through the Google Form.
The following four documents must be uploaded: Signed GRN /E-Way Bill/Tax Invoice /Sigend Delivery Challan (DC)
Expense Reimbursement and Tracking: For reimbursement, fill out the expense form and ensure it is submitted on the same day; otherwise, the expense will be disallowed.
You can review your uploaded expenses in the tracking sheet. Avoid any double entry or omission while recording expenses.
