M2) Create daily planning sheet. keep original with you in your working file. Give copies of handwritten daily planning sheet to the engineering team and reconfirm the work given to them. keep 7 days daily planning sheet ready
M3) Take printout of view "client tasks" which has open task (not done and in process) given by client. Dont print personwise. the list is sorted by person, so that client gets a view of who has to do what.
M4) Take printout of Done task (done and cancelled) given by client. Mark on the prinout, what is to be done today in planned date column. This list is sorted by person. No need to print personwise list.
M5) Take site meeting wtih the client and post new task list in the group. Only new tasks to be posted. Dont repeat existing tasks in the whatsapp group.

Afternoon Slot
A1) Issues : Find all non compliance remarks raised by client and make action plan of resolution

A2) Registers : Check all registers at the site. Stock register, quality register etc. and make sure the data is entered from the registers into the online forms
A3) Drawings : Check if any new drawings are uploaded using the upload list. If yes, print the drawings, mark the old darwings as obsolete and put the new drawings in the file. Call the drawing controller to confirm this activity. Post photo of obsolete drawing in the group. Drawing controller will mark the obsolete site drawing in the tracking sheet.
A4) Review DPR: (daily progress report) Client DPR and Internal DPR

Discuss DPR observations with Site Engr
Send Client DPR to client for previous days work (info is online now.) May not be needed.
A5) Reconcile : Make sure that work done today is updated inn the client sheet in the work done tab, against the plan of the day. the activities of the day done to be marked in bold. what is normal to be carried forward to next days cells.
A6) Commercial : Check project profitability from the working sheet and find the gap why the project profit is lower and how to save costs, improve quality and increase speed and available hours at site.
A7) Planning : Verify the next 7 days plan in the daily plannig sheet
A8 ) Stock : Keep a watch on stock of project items. Stock issued form the stores per day will tell you what items are likely in short supply. Find what items are to be ordered. Always keep a stock of 30 days of future work with you. Dont order at the last minute.
A9) Procurement :Fillup Material Purchase Indent form for items needed at the site. Material ordering for next 30 days to be done
A10 ) Review : Review meeting of all projects. Internal to plan for next week, review stuck points. This will be based on thursday meeting of the contractors.
A11) Labour Payments Approval : Review and finalize labour payment based on attendance of last week.
A12) Vendors Payment Approval : Review and finalize transporter payment.
A13) Material Received in Good condition : .Obtain the Material Received GRN from the Storekeeper and verify the delivered material. If incorrect material is delivered, return it to the vendor immediately.
If payment has already been made, request a refund and obtain a credit note. Upload the credit note in the Commercial Documents folder and inform the same in the WhatsApp group.
Ensure the GRN is duly signed by both the Project Manager and the Storekeeper/Quality Officer.
A14 ) Material handover to client or Use for site : Obtain the Material Delivery challan from the Storekeeper and verify the delivered material and DC duly signed by both Project manager and the client representative and ensure upload it to the respective folder.
A15) Reco with contractor payments : Obtain the contractor ledger from the Accounts Department showing payments made to date. Take printouts and attach a statement showing:
1)Work completed so far 2) Amount paid 3) Balance amount pending from the company
Obtain acknowledgement/signature from the contractor.
A16) Progress Report : Send a weekly progress report to the client. this has to be done every wednesday. A short format, updated and then converted to PDF and shared on the client group is enough. Take approval of project director before sending it
Give project scheudle updated as per weekend to the client.
A17) Commercial Documents : To avoid missing entries, all project-related documents must be submitted only through the Google Form.
The following four documents must be uploaded: Signed GRN /E-Way Bill/Tax Invoice /Sigend Delivery Challan (DC)
Evening Slot
E1) Client Meeting to be taken for update of the day
E2) Post tomorrows plan in internal group and site group with client as image. So that plan is known 1 day in advance. Dont include misc tasks in the plan. keep them in the task sheet. Include only project related activities iin the planning. Mark progress done today in daily plan sheet
E3) Mark excavation done for the day in daily plan sheet and compare speed of work actual vs expected for each excavator.
Certify the in and out time for the registers for excavation contractor
E4) Planning : Make sure there is a 10 days future rolling plan from todays date with you at all times, updated in the daily planning sheet
Plan for todays safety briefing
E5) Task review to be taken for completion of tasks
E6) Plan for todays engineer training on one topic.(Mostly video based on the engineers mobile).
