Billing Projected and Phasewise Summary: 

Billing Final Reports: Billing by Services Engineer for Final reports. Target.  Billing Planned By Engineer. Office Engineer to ensure that  this billing happens in this month with final approved reports sent to clients.   Stability Certificate 

Billing Projected for Stability Certificates: This depends on completion of repairs by client. We have to track the progress regularly. No stablility to be given if the work is substandard or not done in our supervision. To give stability, our PMC is compulsory. If Month is blank, then it is not certain when the billing will be done eg. stability certificate stage where repairs are planned. No year and No months means: It is not known when the billing will be done or not eg stability certificate stage, where repairs are not carried out yet.

Billing Actual: Target: 40 Lacs billing per month. Billed By  Person till date is visible. This is the achievement of billing. 

Collection: Target: 40 Lacs collection per month.

Lost Business: By month By reason By Value. Target: Once we quote, we must aim for 100% conversion to order. 0%  Loss
